Honest Review: The reception was mediocre at best. My family and I were not greeted or met with anykind of attentive nor friendly customer service. We were a family of five in a 2 bedroom sutie and were only stocked with 2 bath towels. I called to request more towels and after an hour I didnt receive them. Called back and they didnt even have the request logged. Half hour later, received a call from reception who then asked if I received them yet. Of course we didnt and were told we had to come downstairs to get our own and with an attitude. Never have I seen this type of service when traveling the world. I just came from a candlewood suites in new york with stellar service. Safe to say I would not be staying again. The main room tv was not working, dishes were dirty and thebstove was broken. Safe to say I would not be visiting again. The positive was that it was in a central location and easy to get around, rooms were decent and room rates were reasonable.
