I did not feel that the overall experience justified the price. The valet service appeared to be understaffed, and retrieving our vehicle often took 30 minutes or more. Housekeeping consistently failed to provide an adequate number of towels, requiring daily requests for additional ones. Additionally, housekeeping service was typically performed late in the afternoon or early evening, which was inconvenient as we were preparing for dinner; morning service would have been more appropriate and in line with standard hotel practices.
We also experienced shortages of basic amenities, including toilet paper and conditioner, which were not replenished as expected. At the restaurant, breakfast was advertised with a menu, but upon arrival we were informed that only a buffet was available and that ordering from the menu was not permitted.
While the upper deck pool itself was enjoyable, ongoing construction noise from a neighboring property detracted from the experience. The lower deck pool had a pleasant temperature; however, there were insufficient chairs available, and the whirlpool was not heated.
Although the hotel’s proximity to the beach was excellent and the primary reason for our selection, the hotel overall did not meet expectations.
