This is a hotel that could have been great. Nice size rooms with a good bed, an ok bathroom and kitchenette, but ripped from anything else. The so called sofa was worst thing I've ever seen, you simply just can't use it. They tried to save it with a ripped up cloth that only made it worse. The doors to almost all rooms had some unknown brown fluid constantly leaking out of them, yes from the door surface, and down onto the floor. Cleaners wiped it but kept coming back. Toxic... God knows. They also struggled with a constant shortage of beach towels, which is strange for a hotel on South Beach. The authorities paid a visit and was seemingly not impressed. They posted a 30 days notices on some rooms to be immediately closed and fixed, rooms being structural unsafe. Service was ok but when asking to do something nothing ever happened, only a yes we will have a look. I think they just don't have the means to do anything. Wakeup and invest some time and effort in your great property... and please start by putting actual furniture in the rooms and change the doors.
