"When I checked in I asked for a room NOT close to elevator as it makes noise everytime someone is talking it “pling pling”. I got the room next to elevator. So I went back to reseption and asked to change the room. I got a new room and this was exactly behind the elevator, so I hard noises still but I don’t mind go back again and ask for another room as it was late in the evening and just came from a flight. Next morning I woke up and it was ants all around the floor in the room. Some towels were dirty, the hotel area is a bit run down and fasade is very outdated. Pool bar was under maintenance so it was a lot of noise when we tried to relax at the pool. I understand they need to maintenance it sometime, but please inform about this before the guest arrives and not charge full price for the stay. There are animals walking around the pool and pooping all the time. Will not come back to this hotel. "
