LOGISTICS:
* A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent 3 days before your arrival.
* Check-in: 4:00 PM
* Check-out: 11:00 AM
* An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

POOL CLEANING: Pool cleaning company comes once a week usually on Friday

POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. Pool cups and jug are separately provided. No glass is permitted in or near the pool. Pool heat is available.

GARBAGE: The city removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway. And if you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house after collection.

NO PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees.

PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking for up to 4 cars. No street parking allowed

CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Ring camera doorbell and ring floodlight in backyard.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.
