«This Casa Coconut place is exactly what the reviews and description describe. My family and I spent 9days there. The private pool and outside area is gorgeous and very relaxing. Access to the beach is two blocks and a safe walk. All the needed beach supplies were there for our use including large beach towels. The place is close to multiple breakfast, lunch, and dinner venues with some having entertainment. You are able to easily drive to downtown Fort Lauderdale and walk the boardwalk and ...

«This house is located between the intercoastal and the ocean. There is a small green area across the street that is on the intercoastal and the beach is 1 block away. It is a short walk to the shopping area. The house has it's own private backyard with hot tub and tiki bar. It has a beautiful garden that attracts many butterflies. A great area to sit outside enjoy the sun and a good book. Overall, a wonderful experience.»

«Husband and I stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon. Property is beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. Location is great, just a short walk from the beach and all of the shopping and restaurants, but far enough that it’s still peaceful and private. Stefanie is so nice and easy to get ahold of. We encountered some bees in one of the trees during our stay and she had someone out to the house to take care of it within a couple hours. I have zero complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to stay ...

«Perfect place for a peaceful getaway. House was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, house fully stocked with supplies for a worry free vacation. Back patio sitting by the pool was perfect from sunrise to sunset. Close to the beaches. We enjoyed lauderdale by the sea and pompano beach. Neighborhood was safe and neighbors were very friendly. Check in process was easy given a code prior to arrival. Would definitely stay again when visiting Fort Lauderdale.»

«Overall, we have a very enjoyable stay in Margate. Several very-minor quibbles, none of which impacted our enjoyment. We searched for a private place with hot tub and pool. We got what we wanted. Margate is further from the beach than we would have liked - half hour from Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea - but that did not stop us. We went to the beach every day, went back and soaked in the hot tub. Very nice itinerary! Also, there is a very nice park with tennis and pickleball courts ...

«House is in a great location - very close to beach and boardwalk. The house was as advertised. Very clean, very nice and was great for all nine of us. Although the backyard is small, it is very unusual to have such a yard in this area and the pool was very nice as well. Overall it is a great place to stay if you want to be near Hollywood Beach. «Perfect location near beach and state park. House accommodated 14 people including 3 small children. Kitchen, common areas and outdoor space were great. Loved the pool and beach toys and equipment. The visiting Muscovy ducks made a bit of a mess on the deck and racoons made disposal of garbage difficult. The hostess very responsive and even brought us baby gates. We would return to this property!»

«My 2 friends and I enjoyed our stay here. We each had our separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms between us and a spacious area to gather. The outside porch area was comfortable and shaded. We spent a lot of time there. In roughly 300 steps we were on the beach and had beautiful views of both the sun & moonrises. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. The house was very clean. We enjoyed watching the iguanas sunbathe as well. We all agreed we would return! We highly recommend!»

Hoist replied all our questions super fast and had one problems in contacting him. the property was prefect for 6 of us, move than enough room for all of us, pool super clean, great location, kitchen had enough tools and plates so that we could cook at home when needed, if we come back to Miami area again we would look at getting this property again. many thanks for the house. jason»
