«I would reference this resort as a temu or shein of resorts. Everything looks high end, but then you get the product and you use it and you realize its absolute garbage. I had to switch resorts because i could not eat or drink anything provided. Horrible food and drinks. The two pools were always full and just looked like a bathtub of drunk people. «Sin lugar a dudas volvería todos sus alimentos y bebidas son de excelente calidad, la alberca esta calentita (en muchos esta helada) y las habitaciones de muy buen gusto. La única observación que me incomodo es que el bar de la alberca lo abren hasta las 11 am y el snack a las 12 y hay pocos camastros, tienes que madrugar o llegas y todo esta apartado por gente que solo avienta la toalla.»

«Property y and staff were wonderful. Rooms were clean and refreshing. The hacienda where the buffet was, was clean, and staff was exceptional and buffet was replenish shed endlessly. Overall, this was our 20th stay at samba and we continue to come back because the staff will do anything to make your experience the best it can be!!!!!»
