«The property is well maintained, and there is everything you need for comfort and relaxation but service lacks to some extent as they do the strictly minimum. Some of the valets are passive agressive and sometimes pool attendants ‘don’t see you’ for the longest time. The place is quiet from 10pm to 8am for those who want to recharge during their vacation. «To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was ...

«What a lovely stay we had at Sayulinda. The staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating and have a great smiles. The rooftop pool is a little slice of heaven with inviting cabanas, yummy margaritas and ocean views. Being centrally located made it easy to walk everywhere and being close the beautiful beach. «The hotel was beautiful and clean and in a great location (central but in a quieter area). The staff were great and held our luggage while we were waiting for check in (and after we checked out) and let us enjoy the pool while we waited. »
