«Rooms- The check-in starts your vacation down in a an underground room. On the way to this room, there are multiple broken tiles and renovation needed almost everywhere you look. The rooms were clean and beds were nice. But, the rooms were still in need of touch-ups (missing paint, faded mirrors, etc.) and had an older smell to them. «To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was ...

Despues de quedarme ahi, no hay punto de comparacion con los otros hoteles de 5 estrellas de Punta Mita, este es el mejor. Es Spa es un poco chico, pero agradable y pondria mas equipo en el gimnasio (el Four Seasons si tiene mejor gimnasio). «this is a new hotel with amazingly furnished rooms. rooms are spacious, felt like a palace! king delux had two full bathrooms too. clean, comfortable and has everything you need for short or long stays. the only minor thing was missing is a balcony would be great to have some, but they only have those in Loft rooms. staff ate friendly, helpful and available at all times. front desk team is knowlegable and helpful with making reservations to restaurants, spa and shows accross the resort. »
