First, our garden view was trash piles and some type of waste water treatment facility. The staff, other than the head bellhop, was dismissive and unhelpful in most situations. Typically, we got to resorts and the staff wants to help and is friendly and cheerful. Not here. The food was limited and we struggled with our app to make reservations. We were turned away when they had plenty of open seats. Not to mention the time slots for reservations were odd and limited. The Buffett was the same everyday. There was constant noise everyone from lawn equipment and blowers. All day, everyday. It made it hard to relax by the pool or read a book. The kicker was when we were asked to depart the shuttle bus back to the hotel by the driver. We walked to the spot where we were dropped. We walked through people sitting in the resort, off the the side. Exited the resort and stood for 10 minutes where the shuttle dropped us. They arrived, we opened the door and got in. A few minutes later we were asked to depart by the driver because the other guests said they were first. There was no line. They were literally still sitting in the resort. We did get off but were flabbergasted. Upon return to the resort we felt it necessary to report the incident. In which no one care, no one apologized. The manager said she’d look into it and never followed up with us. We checked out a day early. When doing so, they asked why and I told them the above. They did not care. Do not recommend.
