«I arrived at the park to be told that the hot tub I had paid for wasn’t working. I was refunded £100 which is what I paid for it. It wasn’t fixed during my stay we had 4 night stay. Had food at the bar what I ordered wasn’t what I got so was disappointing. We went to the entertainment area one night bar stuff slow and came across rude like couldn’t be bothered to serve rather be chatting with other staff also I put my dirty glasses on the bar that was still there 45mins later when we left. «The listing just gave site information with little detail of the caravan. There was no information in the caravan at all to help with gaining hot water, heating wifi etc. The fridge had over 2 cms of ice on the freezer box which made the fridge inefficient to say the least. The caravan was very tired with many sharp edges where the covering was coming off of cupboards. I couldn’t use the wifi, the kitchen plug didn’t fit and there was no bowl. «I stayed in the merlin yurt which was nice and clean, comfy bed and duvet. I enjoyed the log burner as it was a novelty to me. The kitchen was basic but had everything you could need. Shop and pub 5 minute walk away. There are 3 shower/toilet combos with a great shower. A washing up area with a fridge freezer. Cleaning product was provided. No complaints at all »
