«Extremely disappointing first stay. We arranged a 2:30pm check-in, but the accommodation was not ready until 30 mins later. On arrival, we were told to return in 10–15 minutes, only to be told again that it still wasn’t ready. This appears to be a recurring issue based on other reviews. The soft play area is outdated, dirty and unsafe, with broken equipment and a first aid box ripped off the wall. There are no safe pedestrian pathways on site; cars drive through the park from the main road, ...

«The room was spotless and well presented, with a double bed, a bunk bed, that would suit a family of 4. The room was also warm, especially at the end of October.»

«I stayed in the merlin yurt which was nice and clean, comfy bed and duvet. I enjoyed the log burner as it was a novelty to me. The kitchen was basic but had everything you could need. Shop and pub 5 minute walk away. There are 3 shower/toilet combos with a great shower. A washing up area with a fridge freezer. Cleaning product was provided. No complaints at all »
