«This hotel does not have the best reviews online. Nevertheless, our stay was a pleasant one. We visited for the eclipse, so the property was fully booked. They had extra staff and made an effort by handing out goodie bags including eclipse glasses. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Hopefully, this is a sign that the hotel is turning a corner. »

«The hotel is tastefully decorated, the staff is very accommodating and congenial, and the rooms are comfortable. The only negative is the lack of daily housekeeping; you have to ask the front desk to empty the trash, etc. We stayed for 1 week and it seems the rooms are only cleaned and refreshed when the room is vacated.»

«I saw a lot of negative reviews and was pleasantly surprised at how erroneous they were. Everything was clean and orderly. The desk clerk was polite, albeit a little deficient in English and clearly overworked. The cleaning staff was top-notch. The bed was clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. «It was disappointing, I will never stay with them again! Room wasn’t vacuumed or dusted, bathroom had pupil hairs on toilet seat, floor and walls in bathroom were disgusting. Pubic hairs on the bed sheet! Wrappers under bed! Hallway floors were not vacuumed and the door to go into the place has not been cleaned in awhile!
