Apartment with a view of the garden and the canal, in the center of Venice (San Polo district!)

The apartment is located in a beautiful villa surrounded by a large, peaceful garden. From every window in the apartment, you can see either the garden or the canal that runs alongside the villa.
It is located in Venice’s most central neighborhood, San Polo, a very elegant, lively, and non-touristy area of Venice’s historic city center.
Just a one-minute walk away, you’ll find two of the city’s most beautiful and important buildings: the Scuola Grande di San Rocco and the Basilica of Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari.
Piazzale Roma (the bus and car terminal, where you’ll arrive if you’re coming from the airport) is conveniently located just five minutes from the apartment.
The train station is just an 8-minute walk from the apartment.
You’ll reach the Rialto Bridge in a fifteen-minute walk, and in another five minutes you’ll be in St. Mark’s Square.
The house is pleasantly surrounded by gardens, so it’s on a quiet street; nevertheless, within less than five minutes you’ll find grocery stores, a supermarket, local bars, and traditional restaurants.
Just four minutes from the apartment is the gondola service, which, for just a couple of euros, will take you across the Grand Canal (though you can also cross the Accademia and Rialto bridges, which are close to the house).
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with a dishwasher; next to it is a large sofa, creating a spacious living area from which you can admire the canal. The bathroom is fully equipped (sink, toilet, bidet, bathtub/shower), made of marble, and features a large window.
The rooms are all very spacious, and those that overlook the garden also have private access to it through very wide French doors.
You’ll have use of the garden, where you’ll also find tables, chairs, a parasol, and lounge chairs.
There is a 50-inch smart TV connected to Wi-Fi, so you’ll be able to log in to your Netflix, Amazon, or other accounts.
