You may also leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can enjoy the city freely.

You will complete a self check-in, or if needed, we will welcome you in person at the agreed time and do our best to make you feel at home right away.

At check-in, all guests must present a valid ID, as required by Italian law.

The city tax is €4 per person per night (maximum 5 nights) and must be paid on arrival:

in cash.
The apartment is prepared according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation.
For example, if you are 2 guests but would like separate beds or an extra bed, please inform us in advance. An extra fee of €15 per night applies.

Before arrival, we recommend checking any Venice access regulations. Guests may need to request an exemption using the apartment address. The procedure is simple and we will gladly assist you if needed.
