  • This stylish apartment at St. Mark's, completely refurbished in 2020, is in a 17th-century Venetian house in which, a recent renovation, has combined the original architectural elements with contemporary touches. It consists of a living room with a very well equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a second bathroom. From the windows, you can enjoy a charming view of a small canal where gondolas pass by.

    Enjoy the Venetian relaxing atmosphere while looking out to a canal scene that's barely changed in many centuries. This renovated apartment in a 17th-century building also offers modern luxuries such as a rain shower and Smart TV.

    The two bedrooms are tastefully decorated with someone of a kind piece of furniture, carefully chosen to offer a refined atmosphere. In both, there is a double bed.

    The well-equipped kitchen offers pots, dishes, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.

This place was wonderful!!

This had an excellent location, was clean and modern inside and most important, it had two bathrooms!!I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was as advertised. It was on the ground floor which was great. Someone was there to meet us and show us around so we could leave our luggage there early. The air conditioning was a bonus with the heat. It is very centrally located and walkable to all of the main attractions and many restaurants. The host provided instructions on transportation options from the airport which was very helpful!

Perfect location for a stay in Venice

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We had plenty of space and were able to stay cool on some very hot days. Check in and check out was very easy. I highly recommend staying at this property!

This place was great so far as location! It was very clean and updated, and we felt very secure in the building. One problem we had was that the listing said 2 full baths, and one bathroom just had a shower attachment with no surrounding. When my cousin used it, water went everywhere-it did not drain towards the drain-and we had to use most of our towels to wipe up the water. One other thing is that there was construction going on the building next to us, and the drapes for the bathroom were very sheer, which was right where the workers were! We had to use another towel to cover the window. Overall, a good experience-we did not spend a lot of time at the flat, but when we were there, it was fine.
