With 5-meter-high ceilings, Venetian floors, and a splendid shared terrace overlooking a canal, this unique space comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.
It is found in a quiet street just a 2-minute walk from the San Zaccaria vaporetto (waterbus) stop, with no bridges to cross. Within the immediate surroundings, you will find excellent restaurants, a variety of shops, supermarkets, and some of Venice’s most iconic landmarks, including St. Mark’s Square, St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace.
Despite its central location, the apartment ensures peace and quiet thanks to its large, soundproof double-glazed windows: you may barely hear the gondoliers passing along the nearby canal.
Welcome to Tommaseo, an airy and bright open space on the Piano Nobile (main floor) of a historic building, recently restored to combine classic charm with modern comfort. The space features high ceilings with decorative exposed wooden beams and exquisite Venetian terrazzo floors. The living area features a double sofa bed and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and modern appliances for a comfortable stay. Two wooden staircases lead to two open mezzanines that serve as sleeping areas:
Mezzanine 1: King-size double bed (180 cm wide), wardrobe, and private bathroom with shower.
Mezzanine 2: Standard double bed (140 cm wide), chest of drawers, and private bathroom with shower.
Shared Terrace Access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire apartment. They can also enjoy the large furnished communal terrace, located on the ground floor and accessible through the communal entrance all with a charming direct canal view. Please note: the terrace is not directly connected to the apartment but is easily accessible by crossing the corridor from the entrance hall.

Layout: Please note that the apartment is open plan. The bedrooms are on mezzanines that open onto the main living area and cannot be closed off, thus offering limited privacy. It is ideal for couples, families with older children, or groups of close friends.

We will be available for any needs or advice during your stay, but we guarantee maximum privacy. We are easily reachable by text or phone to ensure an unforgettable experience in Venice.
Additional Rules & Information
• A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via Airbnb.
• Tourist Tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.
• The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page
• Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.
• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.
• Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
• Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
• No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.
• After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
