Despite being well served by public transportation and commercial activities, the apartment is located in a quiet and residential area. THE SPACE The Cà Lion apartment, located on the mezzanine floor, offers a refined and comfortable living experience, ideal for those seeking a quiet stay with the opportunity to enjoy moments outdoors. Access to the apartment reveals an exclusive uncovered (courtyard), furnished with table and chairs, perfect for organizing pleasant evenings outdoors, where guests can dine under the stars or simply relax in the tranquility of the area. Internally, Ca' Lion is distinguished by a spacious and cozy living area, where a comfortable sofa is positioned in front of a television, offering an ideal corner for relaxation and entertainment. In the same large space, you will find the kitchen, modernly equipped and designed for those who love to cook. Very clean property in a great location. Plenty of space for our family of four — two adults and two kids. Some noise from upstairs apartment in the middle of the night. And note that Venice has very strict trash rules so you need to take the trash from your stay unless you are able to time a trash pickup well. But overall, good place to stay for a couple of nights in a great Venice location. The hosts/management company also arranged our water taxi from the airport which was seamless and a highlight of the trip.
