"As usual a great place to stay in Tromsø. With a magic Jacuzzi on the rooftop. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Always get the help and support I need when I stay there. And the free dinner is also a great extra treat."

"We were here on a November weekend to celebrate my birthday, and since November can be a cold month, we asked if they had rooms with bathtubs in addition to early check-in and flowers in the room (which we would pay for of course). They were incredibly service-minded by email and we were able to confirm everything in advance. Check-in was great, with incredibly nice service from a smiling staff. Not only did we get 30 red roses in the room, but also a personally written birthday greeting with chocolates and macaroons. We had a deluxe room with iron, kettle with coffee and tea, TV, safe and minibar. The room was large and a great bathroom with bathtub. We often travel with our own pillows because there are a lot of strange pillows out in hotels, but the pillows here were lovely, could almost have been new. The breakfast was also fantastic with an incredible amount to choose from. We didn't try out the restaurants, but recommend a visit to the sky bar with a fantastic view. We will more than happy to come back here."

"Fint, unødvendig mye støy fra trafikken ute (ikke hotellets feil), veldig varme rom så måtte skru ned varmen litt. Litt sandete på gulvet men veldig fint rom"
