«Coming from SAN ANTONIO. TX for our 6 yr anniversary. Thank you for a wonderful stay here at your beautiful home at "El capitan". Really cozy for the both of us and our pets. Took a day trip up to Palo Duro canyon and enjoyed the nice scenic views, to come home to more beautiful views and a sunset and even smores at 3am. LoL.If we ever make our way back, we will be back at "El capitan” Highly recommend!»

«Everything was spot on! Easy to find, very peaceful location, the only issue we had was the kitchen sink faucet had about 10% water pressure and the dishwasher was broken. It took extra time to do the dishes by hand (which we don’t mind, we have a camper and are used to it) but that would not stop us from going back. Our 3 year old granddaughter LOVED “the farm” and the spiral staircase, although she about gave me a heart attack a few times going up and down We did save money on eating breakfast ...

«What an awesome experience! We stayed 2 nights and chose to have Melissa make us a scrumptious breakfast one morning. She is an excellent host who made sure we had everything we needed and beyond. The bed was so comfortable and I didn’t want to get out of it. Loved the chickens and the playful wild bunnies and song birds everywhere. So relaxing and comfortable. Private and close to everything. Loved the clawfoot tub and epsom bath salts. We will be back! »

"Based on earlier experience I was disappointed!!! - confusing information in reception at check in - VIP Hotel.com level not accepted or offered ? (Listed in my H.com setup) but some 10$ rebate at restaurants was mentioned one day but next «NO» by another person when asked - cleaning of my room not done, still if there was a misunderstanding or not it took 2 days when I complained before it was handled - Huge TV trash boxes in the hallway towards my room - it was there for 3 days, and then I complained due to What I see as fire risk plus negative environmental. Not what I expect for such a hotel star level and chain - So my conclusion, reception team not aligned or coordinated with the rest of the hotel - The positive part was Coffe shop and their employees "
