«The location was great! However, the parking and cleanliness were simply not it. The parking fee seemed excessive given that parking on site was truly chaotic, they advised guest to park across the street which was also full. Then overall cleanliness of the property was poor and did not feel comfortable using the amenities.»

«This is a historic hotel on the San Antonio Riverwalk. Even if you frequently walk off the Riverwalk, as ae did, it has an excellent central location. Staff is exceptional in their hospitality. Pool is small and often shaded from the sun by surrounding buildings. Some balconies are shared with other rooms. Excellent hotel that really captures the feel this great city.»
