«Room was great. I was told to come back at noon for early check in. We just wanted to put bags in room since it was a very hot day. Came back after a late breakfast and then she told me that I had to pay $25 early check in fee. She said she couldn’t waive it because it was a weekend and they were busy. Never more than 8 cars there from Friday until Tuesday. »

«Was a nice stay except for the leaking sewage pipe coming out from our cabin. Each time the toilet flushed, sewage sprayed out onto the ground. We had a small child with us, so docking points for health and safety. I told the property representative, who apologized and said they would fix the problem. Not ideal situation for a quick stay at a Marriott property. »

«The room floor was very dirty. Dog hair everywhere. There is a gap around entry door and bugs and flies are constantly coming in. I was staying for 6 nights and when I arrived I had 1 role of toilet paper. Most of the cabinets look 50 years old and are cheap crap. On my third night there was a brown tarantula 6’ from my door in the hallway. All the reviews of super clean must be fake. If I wasn’t by myself I would have left the first day and went somewhere else. »

«Good value for the place.. a bit old but revamped. Rooms are big and spacious but you can hear everything from the door to the hallway it was a bit noisy being on the first floor but overall the bed was comfy big bathroom and convenient walk to the rodeo which we were going too. Staff is great and super friendly, always found parking and is close to everything. WiFi was great room was clean, carpet is a bit dingy and old but again perfect price for what we needed. »

"Based on earlier experience I was disappointed!!! - confusing information in reception at check in - VIP Hotel.com level not accepted or offered ? (Listed in my H.com setup) but some 10$ rebate at restaurants was mentioned one day but next «NO» by another person when asked - cleaning of my room not done, still if there was a misunderstanding or not it took 2 days when I complained before it was handled - Huge TV trash boxes in the hallway towards my room - it was there for 3 days, and then I complained due to What I see as fire risk plus negative environmental. Not what I expect for such a hotel star level and chain - So my conclusion, reception team not aligned or coordinated with the rest of the hotel - The positive part was Coffe shop and their employees "
