«Beautiful house on the lake. The pictures provided are very accurate. It’s incredibly well appointed with anything and everything you could need. The home owner is also AMAZING to work with. Super responsive, helpful and accommodating. We had a boat pick us up at the dock one day which was amazing. And the pool is really nice! The only negative was the internet/Wi-Fi. Everyone in our group had issues with it and ultimately couldn’t use it. Other than that, great house and great owners!»

Everyone loved the chicken coop and the large yard (plus open field next door) to run and play in. Pool was great but didn't get used much because of weather. We were disappointed that the coffee pot was broken, the linens were not high quality like you would expect with such nice property, ran out of paper towels with no extras, early morning noises like leaf blowers and dumpster people, barking dog and other amenities like shower caddy and bath rug were Dollar Tree quality.»

«This place was very good! The instructions were clear and lots of great recommendations for things to do. My only critiques are that there was a weird smell when we first walked in that only got marginally better over our stay. Also, bring your own blankets because you are only provided a thin sheet and blanket.»

«This property has a wonderful view of the Colorado River and we enjoyed our time at the outdoor hot tub. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed which we were not aware of. There are several nice parks in the vicinity. Recommend to prepare meals on site as close by restaurants are scarce.»
