«Beautiful and peaceful. A perfect getaway to relax and recharge. The houseboat is lovely and was just as nice as any hotel room. I have to admit, I did have to use YouTube to figure out the toilet, but it’s super easy. Bed was comfy and the projection screen was amazing. It was nice to sit on the deck and watch the sunrise. There’s also a bar and grill just a few feet away. Staff was so friendly. Overall, cozy, quiet, and comfortable. Highly recommend!»

«No room. Had to duck down to get to the bathroom, had to duck down to even go to bathroom, every time you flush the whole boat smelled like crap for a really long time, no shower, water dripping every where from condensation, no way to lock up when leaving and lots of sketchy people hanging around. I could go on and on but no point. I don't understand how everyone gives it such good reviews. It was one of the worst stays I've ever had. »

"Based on earlier experience I was disappointed!!! - confusing information in reception at check in - VIP Hotel.com level not accepted or offered ? (Listed in my H.com setup) but some 10$ rebate at restaurants was mentioned one day but next «NO» by another person when asked - cleaning of my room not done, still if there was a misunderstanding or not it took 2 days when I complained before it was handled - Huge TV trash boxes in the hallway towards my room - it was there for 3 days, and then I complained due to What I see as fire risk plus negative environmental. Not what I expect for such a hotel star level and chain - So my conclusion, reception team not aligned or coordinated with the rest of the hotel - The positive part was Coffe shop and their employees "
