Check in and check out instructions were sent in plenty of time to review, very easy to get into the house and the owner was very quick to reply with any questions we had. «This was a great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and the American Airlines center. Jeff has a binder full of all the information and recommendations you could need during your stay. The neighborhood is very pretty and feels safe overall. Our only complaint is that you can hear everything happening outside including people having conversations while walking their dogs. Plenty of street parking in front of the house and the area is easy to get around. We really enjoyed our stay ...

"Based on earlier experience I was disappointed!!! - confusing information in reception at check in - VIP Hotel.com level not accepted or offered ? (Listed in my H.com setup) but some 10$ rebate at restaurants was mentioned one day but next «NO» by another person when asked - cleaning of my room not done, still if there was a misunderstanding or not it took 2 days when I complained before it was handled - Huge TV trash boxes in the hallway towards my room - it was there for 3 days, and then I complained due to What I see as fire risk plus negative environmental. Not what I expect for such a hotel star level and chain - So my conclusion, reception team not aligned or coordinated with the rest of the hotel - The positive part was Coffe shop and their employees "
