«We absolutely loved our stay at Cow Byre 1 — it surpassed our expectations. The accommodation felt homely with lots of thoughtful touches, and you can really see the care that’s gone into both the property and the grounds. Our son especially loved the games room and used it every day. It was quiet, in a great location, and we still felt a real sense of space and privacy even though it seemed fully booked. «Lovely location up a very narrow one track road! Room was lovely. The inside of the courtyard is done up in a lovely way and having a seating area inside and outside of the room (we were in the dairy) was lovely. Lovely little shop, nice cafe. Only downside was our shower was broken and was scorching. The owner was super quick to respond but as we were only staying one night, they couldn't fix it before we left. There was a shower block nearby for the camping area though to use.»

«A wonderful place to celebrate our birthdays & see in the New Year together. The property was spacious enough for our family of 9, clean, comfortable & beauifully furnished & decorated. The hot tub was an added bonus which we used every day & at night! Stunning location, with amazing views and just a short drive to Battle and Hastings/Bexhill. Great Communication with the host. Would highly recommend. »
