Punta Cana

«Great for Kids, but Service and Safety Need Improvement We stayed at Serenade Caribe Family Resort from October 20–24, 2026, with our young children. The resort is beautiful, and our kids loved the water park and pool-access room. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Some staff were friendly, while others seemed rude and unwelcoming. We also experienced language barriers. For an international resort, better English-speaking support would help. The buffet was our biggest frustration. ...

«We had an absolutely unforgettable experience during our stay for my girlfriend’s birthday! From the moment we arrived, the resort provided incredible service, but one person truly made our trip extraordinary: Willy! Willy went above and beyond every single day to ensure we were taken care of. He surprised us by organizing an amazing birthday room decoration that made the celebration feel so personal and special. His attentive customer service, warmth, and genuine care throughout our entire stay ...

«Housekeeping was rude the bartenders and security were friendly and helpful. The property has beautiful views but that's where the good ends. Food options are nonexistent as only the buffet is open every day the so called restaurants that are included are not restaurants its seats by the water and only one open a day by reservations only. Sushi which is extra cost is open everyday but I never saw anyone there. Food was extremely salty and either undercooked or overcooked. Food truck is one ...

El Macao

«I've stayed here twice before and enjoyed myself however, this third trip was different. The food wasn't as tasteful as I remembered and they still have limited meat options at breakfast for those that don't eat pork. The worse part of the trip was the construction. There's active construction happening next door, they work 7 days a week, a lot of banging and noise. Not quiet and they start at 8am exactly and continue until 6-7pm. Although this is temporary it made the stay less relaxing and ...

Anmeldelser av populære hoteller i Østkysten

Hotel Riu Republica - Adults only - All Inclusive

8/10 Bra

"Reiste solo. Alt var bra, men ikke hotell for deg som reiser alen."

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana - All Inclusive

8/10 Bra

"Det meste på Majestic Elegance er svært bra. Men resorten praktiserer en totalt utdatert policy gjeldende røyking. Det var tydeligvis tillatt å røyke mer eller mindre over alt bare det var det ulike representanter for personalet betegnet som open air. De fleste deler av verden praktiserer i dag egne avsatte områder for den minoriteten av befolkningen som fortsatt røyker."
