«We choose Serenade hotel because of the beautiful and shallow beach. Great ocean without waves. But this is only good part about the stay the rest was terrible. Stuff at the buffet very bad. They gave us a table , while we were grabbing a food, nobody cleaned the table. No water or silverware. We got back to the table and were waiting minimum 10 minutes trying to find a table service, who can bring us at list forks. Front desk service also forgets about your needs . «Staff was amazing! Great resort with plenty of options for restaurants/ food and entertainment. Only cons- room could have been cleaned better and towels are hard to replenish as the resort is quite large with a lot of people and if you don’t request beach towels early, you won’t be able to get one. Same goes for dinner reservations. Long wait times unless you are able to reserve early »

«An honest review. Rooms are clean, but smell musty until you adjust the thermostat to 74 and low fan speed. Too much AC and humidity mix causes the smell. The resort staff are friendly and try their best to help you enjoy your stay, but language is definitely a barrier. I will not hold that against them because I can't speak Spanish either.
