«This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. «Rooms are in very poor condition, they try to make you sign a contract before seeing the room that states you have seen it and have “no complaints” and cannot be refunded. They also state if the food or conditions cause illness that could be “LIFE THREATENING” they will not be liable. If you don’t sign you can’t check in, so we had to sign under duress as we couldn’t find a new hotel for the same night. There’s also no beach access and sink water smells like sewage.
