«I had a great stay at TRS Turquesa and overall was very happy with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was treated exceptionally well. Luis made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, and my butler, Randy, was outstanding throughout my stay—attentive, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed.
The resort itself was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the staff consistently made me feel valued as a guest.

«The room we had was clean and the mini-bar was fully stocked everyday. We had a view of the private pool for the Xhale Club. Our concierge Elis was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pools were relatively clean. The only downside was the food and drinks. The food didn’t taste that great and the drinks were watered down.»
