We recently stayed at Live Aqua Punta Cana and had an excellent experience overall. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff throughout the resort were consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which really elevated the entire trip.
We opted for the VIP upgrade with a swim-out room, and it was absolutely worth it. Having direct access to the pool added a level of convenience and luxury that made a big difference. A special mention goes to Jose, who did a fantastic job—attentive, helpful, and always making sure everything was taken care of.
The restaurants were very good across the board, with a nice variety of options and solid quality. The beach was another highlight—clean, well-kept, and truly beautiful. The drinks were decent overall, though not always consistent depending on where you ordered.
One of the standout experiences was the spa. The hydrotherapy session in particular was amazing and definitely worth doing—it was one of the most relaxing parts of the trip.
We traveled in mid-March and couldn’t have asked for better weather—perfect conditions every day. Overall, this was a great vacation, and we would absolutely consider coming back again.
