the check in and booking process easy, the hotel was stunning. Once we got to one of our rooms, the bathroom stunk really bad. smelt like the shower drain. when i asked the front desk i was handed febreeze for the bathroom… and complained about me asking for maintenance due to our bathroom door not opening. Later there was another women at the front desk, she was very rude. she kept bringing up how she has the right to call the police if we get a noise complaint and rubbing it in our face when we hadn’t received a single complaint that night, she also mentioned someone complaining of a group of guys in the hallway and felt the need to remind us there was no smoking allowed. We booked a room for up to 6 people and they expect us to not be in the parking lot for 10 minutes? we weren’t disturbing anyone and there were other people smoking in the middle of the parking lot IN FRONT of the lobby and the receptionist felt no need to talk to them. I definitely feel the customer service needs MAJOR work. Also side note, if adults 18+ are not allowed to book please change the website, this is false information if expedia tell
me check in age is 18.
