A functional, recently renovated 30-square-meter studio apartment that can accommodate 2 people. Located on the first floor—accessible by elevator (not wheelchair-accessible; steps required to enter)—of a building a 15-minute walk from St. Peter’s Square, the apartment is well-connected thanks to the Roma San Pietro train station and nearby bus lines.

The property is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). You can park on the street or, for a fee, at the San Pietro Station Parking Lot, a 4-minute walk away



The studio apartment features a double bed (1.60 m x 1.90 m), a dining table, a TV, and a kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and moka pot



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hair dryer



NOTE: An 80-liter electric water heater provides hot water; you may need to wait for it to refill



There is a step to access the balcony



The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.



-From Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Fiumicino, you can reach Termini Station via the Leonardo Express service. From there, you can take bus 64 to the “P.za Stazione S. Pietro” stop, which is a 3-minute walk from the property



-From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach Termini Station via the Shuttle Bus service. From there, take bus 64 to the “P.za Stazione S. Pietro” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property

The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.



In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.



Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.
