Location is unbeatable! Right in between Termini and most notable tourist attractions. The street it’s on is a dead end, so no noise and very private. There is a great local restaurant right by this home that we highly recommend to anyone. The room itself is tastefully decorated and clean. The host was extremely helpful, offered valuable advices, helped with the laundry.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Walking distance to all of the main attractions and easy access to train and buses. Gorgeous streets to explore with cafes, restaurants and all sorts of shops immediately surrounding you. Silvia was very accommodating and welcoming.

This is a truly a great property and the location is perfect! We were central to everything; however, the best part is that we were surrounded by locals. It did not feel touristy at all. Silvia was amazing at connecting us to a driver from the airport and the check in/out process was seamless.

Silvia and Mr Amil are the most wonderful hosts. the apartment is lovely and with it's own history. the location is just superb with being walking distance to both Colloseum and Termini whilst being in a very local area away from crowds od tourists.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Rome. It is a very good central location for site-seeing, transportation needs, not to mention the neighborhood loaded with places to eat.

Perfect location to be staying whilst sightseeing in Rome. This place was close to dining, supermarkets and the metro whilst still being fairly quiet at night. Silvia is a fabulous host and very accomodating of our early check in. The place has a kitchen and all you need to cook should you wish. Highly recommend.

The property was as described. Good location. It was a bit noisy at night time since I was traveling with kids. Even on weekdays people would sit by the stairs next to building and be loud, you can also hear the city trucks picking up trash keep my family and I up through the night but I guess that is the price to pay when you stay in the city center. Really good food places near by. Also parking was not available as described. We had to park on the street. Good overall.

Overall, we had a nice stay at this apartment. The owner, Sylvia, as very friendly and helpful. She provided excellent check-in instructions and recommendations; she even offered to wash our laundry for us (without extra cost). The apartment is incredibly conveniently located; within walking distance of most major sites (except the Vatican). The AC was much appreciated during the summer heat wave. The apartment is part of a historic building, so it has a lot of unique character. That being said, it could use some updates. Both beds are fold-out sofas and could use an update (or at least updated mattresses); we found them pretty uncomfortable for sleeping. The windows are old and let in a lot of neighborhood noise; the apartment is near a corner with a very popular (and delicious!) restaurant, but if you are a light sleeper (and go to bed early), it could make sleeping more challenging. All said, it is still a nice apartment and the location cannot be beat; a few updates would make it exceptional.

Very convenient location, great host!

Silvia is a great host - responds quickly to messages, arranged for early check in! Location is very convenient to colosseum, metro , restaurants.
