The 70 m² flat is located on the 4th floor with lift. Inside, it consists of: A LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, Smart TV and a fully equipped KITCHENETTE with a hob, kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods and a dining table overlooking the balcony, which is equipped for al fresco dining. The double BEDROOM with wardrobe, Smart TV and en suite BATHROOM with washbasin, bidet, toilet and shower cubicle. A welcome kit is provided! The second BATHROOM is also fully equipped. It has been completely renovated and designed down to the smallest detail to welcome guests from all over the world and offer a quality stay. For this reason, it also has air conditioning in all rooms, heating, a washing machine and free fibre Wi Fi, which is excellent for those who are working remotely.
