THE GOOD:
—Great location, Clean. ‘Elvio’ the contact there was very professional, helpful, organized, communicated promptly,and tool care of a special request for an additional small bed
Here’s the issues:
1) Posted Photos of the Apartment online were NOT truly representative of actual apartment - specifically the posted photos made the apartment look brand new and very nicely decorated and were probably taken many, many, many years ago
—The posted photos made the place look classy, warm and elegant- not the reality
2) Street Noise late into the night and early morning - There was no indication when I booked this place it was on the street which was very noisy (motorcycles, cars, people, etc)
3) Apartment building tenants / renters were extremely loud all hours of the day and night making it difficult to sleep - especially my kids and wife
—-DOGS BARKING IN THE HALLWAY AT ALL HOURS
—AND our apartment was not only on the steet but adjacent to the main entry door WHICH WAS EXTREMELY LOUD Slamming open and closing whenever people came and went - which was frequently-
No sleep the entire stay.
Elvio did an excellent job in his duties.
