Centrally located, it is 3 km from the "Colosseum" and 2 km from the church of "San Giovanni", 140 m from the metro A "Furio Camillo"; and 500 m from the station "Tuscolana" directly accessible from the station "Roma Termini" and the airport of "Roma Fiumicino". Guests will have access to the entire structure, except for the mezzanine with access only for staff (containing cleaning materials and linen spare parts).

Please note that the entire property is NO SMOKING NO SMOKING. It is not recommended to use shoes at the entire house. Remember the prohibition to organize parties and produce excessive noise because you could annoy the neighborhood, in the hours of REST (22:00 8:00 ; 14:00 16:00), as it is inside a condominium and therefore you are subject to condominium regulation.

Thanks to the proximity with the metro A distant 140m, you can get in a short time directly to the center by getting off at the stops "Colosseo" and "Barberini" (Fontana di Trevi); also from the stop "San Giovanni" you can access the metro line C, and the stop "Termini" you can access the metro line B. In addition to the various bus lines that are located below the house from which you can reach the center in a short time, you can easily reach the station "Tuscolana" distant 500m, which is directly accessible from the station of "Roma Termini" and the airport of "Rome Fiumicino".
