I første etasje i en historisk bygning i tidløst Roma har den nyoppussede leiligheten et stort soverom, stue med sovesofa og fullt utstyrt kjøkken og bad med dusj.
Kjøkkenet har alt nødvendig til matlaging, mikrobølgeovn og automatisk kaffemaskin.
Stuen er beriket av et vakkert trebord og en sovesofa som komfortabelt tar imot to gjester og har en LCD-TV.
Gratis Wi-Fi serverer hele leiligheten.

Great location! Bonus they have a proper cot mattress :)

Everything was lovely, besides the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was good. Its not often you find a place with a good cot and cot mattress!

Perfect!

The location could not have been better. Walkable to the Borghese, Trevi, Spanish Steps, Travestare. A block from Metro. Great restaurants/bars. Very safe. Be advised:The block is uphill so difficult w luggage. Shower very small-some people might not fit. Still give it a 5+!

Amazon Stay

I cannot recommend this place enough! Very cute, plenty of space, walking distance from everything you would want to see as a tourist and then some! Also cannot speak highly enough about Laura. She was beyond helpful and responded right away to any questions we could have. We had an unfortunate situation happen when the air conditioner went out on us and Laura came over right away to see what she could do. She also comped our shuttle ride to the airport - which was beyond kind of her to do for something that was not in any way her fault! We loved our stay and will definitely be returning!

Cute and quiet!

This little apartment is charming, and was perfect for me and my husband. It is just a few minutes walk from the Spanish steps, and although it is on the first floor, it felt very private, and was very quiet in the bedroom, which is located in the back of the apartment. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine, ironing, board, and all kitchen appliances and utensils. Checking was easy and communication with the rental agent was great. I would recommend this apartment!

Quiet apartment in the midst of Rome

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It sits on a small quiet street, yet in easy walking distance to shops and sites. The owner was very pleasant, and helpful. She arranged for a driver to and from the airport as well, a few dollars more than a taxi, but less stress. The driver was personable and fun. We so enjoyed our time in Rome.

Good place but no Wifi, unappealing balcony

Overall the place was nice and the location is excellent, but I would look for something else next time. There are three notable drawbacks to it. First, we could not get Wifi, and had to rely on roaming. Second, the balcony is unappealing. It is very small, and is walled to 5 or 6 feet on all four sides. The primary view is of ductwork running up the side of the building. Finally, the kitchen, living and dining area is one large room with a small 3-4 inch step across the middle of the floor, up to the kitchen area. The floor tiling is the same in the whole room though. So with no visual cue to the change in the floor, we both stumbled down the step a couple of times before making a conscious note to remember it.

Central and charming

Beautiful spot to enjoy acient Rome. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps, great shopping and dining. Laura was a friendly and knowlegable hostess. We followed many of her suggestions and were happy we did. We would definately stay here again.

LIve Like a Local!

Everything about the apartment and our stay in Rome was magical. Laura had a friend meet us at the apartment to show us how everything worked and then walked us through highlights of the neighbourhood. The location is amazing. We walked to all of the major attractions and walked the Spanish steps every night to work off the carbonara and wine. We highly recommend Laura's apartment.

Perfect location for a visit to Rome

Perfect location

We spent just two short days in Rome. This apartment was exactly what we needed. It is centrally located with restaurants, shops and attractions close by. Our host was great. She checked in to ensure our stay was pleasant. Very attentive. Great packet with restaurant, taxi and other important information for us to use. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic apartment in the perfect location

We loved our stay. Our apartment perfectly centrally located but tucked away off a quiet street. Easily accessible to everything. Our host, Laura, was wonderful. She even arranged for our airport transfer which made our late arrival seamless and provided some breakfast bites in the kitchen for the morning (so very thoughtful!). The only thing we wished we had was small wash cloths in the bathroom.

We LOVED our stay here..

First.. Laura was the BEST property manager we could have asked for. Her communications were prompt, informative and she followed thru on every request we made.. (Arranged for driver to pick us up at FCO, Arranged for driver to take us to the train station and great suggestions for getting around Rome and seeing the "must see" items.) The apartment is exactly as advertised... Very clean and comfortable for the two of us. The bed was great (and I'm kind of picky about mattresses) It also had a fold out couch we didn't use other than for sitting. The location is only 500m from the Spanish steps. 100m more and your surrounded by numerous high-end shops and some very highly regarded restaurants that don't show up in the tourist books. We walked around at all hours of the night and never once worried about safety. There is a Metro station (subway) there as well that we used to get around to some of the "big's: (Vatican, Coliseum, Forum, Pantheon etc). It's fast, clean and cheap (7 EUR for a day pass) The only negative (very small) is that the apartment is located on a very narrow street used frequently by taxi's (in a hurry) and motor scooters. All of the buildings around are masonry so it echoed a bit in the evening until 2300 or so. All in all, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. If VRBO has an award for Property Manager of the year, Laura has our vote, and I'm sure many others.

Perfect Place

This was everything Laura advertised, and more. She was helpful and available if we had any questions about Rome. The location was near the hop on, hop off bus, subway station, taxi stand, with GREAT restaurants nearby, and within walking distance of Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc. The unit was clean, comfortable, secure, authentic and quaint. We will come back!

Cozy apartment & great location!

Everything about this place was fantastic. We spent 5 days in Rome and Laura was a magnificent host. She also helped arrange a great tour of the Coloseum, Forum and Palace grounds. Many fantastic restaurants nearby! Great pub? Trinity College pub! If you have questions please reach out!

Excellent Apartment in the heart of Rome

This is a large apartment well equipped with everything you need and both clean and comfortable. Laura is a great host and was very helpful arranging a driver from the airport and giving us lots of helpful local information. 2 Blocks from the Metro and a short walk to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient. We would stay here again. Grazie Laura!

Great Central Location

Laura was excellent to work with for this stay. She responded quickly, gave us excellent advise when we arrived and refunded our Damage Deposit quickly. Her arrangements for airport transportation could not have been better. We needed a large vehicle because of our luggage and she made it happen. THANK YOU LAURA! Beds were comfortable, both in the bedroom and the sofa bed (surprisingly). Kitchen is adequate with stainless steel pots and pans. Air conditioners worked perfectly as well. Although this is an old building, some upgrades have brought it up to more recent standards. Like most places in Italy, the shower is a very small enclosure, but usable. One hazard that our daughter remedied, at least temporarily, is the floor level change in the kitchen/living room/dining room. The kitchen portion is raised, but the red brick tile floor blends together visually when standing on the raised portion, so one walks out of the kitchen portion without realizing there's a step down and can easily fall. Taping yellow strips of plastic bags along the edge provided the warning that there are two levels, and we had no more near-falls. We suggest permanent markings so no one gets injured in the future. Would we stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!

Great location, quiet street, very comfortable apartment.

The apartment is close to the Spanish Steps, but not on a street that gets a lot of tourist traffic. It is also on a one way street with very little traffic. It felt more like a neighborhood compared to other apartments we've stayed at in the area of the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The Villa Borghese Gardens are short walk from the apartment. They are beautiful and very peaceful. Because of our arrival time, we asked if we could check in early. Laura was very helpful and said no problem. After a long travel day we really appreciated getting right into the apartment. For the rest of our stay there were no problems so we didn't need to call Laura for anything else. The kitchen had a nice gas stove and larger refrigerator. The bed was larger than normal for Italy and comfortable. It was soft and firm instead of rock hard. We needed the air conditioning a couple of days and it worked nicely. With the windows opened there is a nice cross breeze that kept the apartment very comfortable. For an apartment this size and in this location it is really a good value.
