«Very compact apartment in a great location justa few minutes from the spanish steps, piazza navona and the trevi fountain with a small Carrefour just across the road
Check in. Keys were left with a security guard. One plus is there is a guard 24 hours a day
No formal check-in or information given . Didn't see anyone from the property my whole stay. No welcome pack with WiFi codes or anything and poor phone reception inside
Also one one key which makes it awkward if someone wants to ...

«Really helpful and polite people working here, we would very much book this hotel again.
It’s also close to the bus and train, easy and cheap transport to the Vatican and Colosseum.
Just 5 min walk to a beautiful park, nice area for a walk, run or just relaxing.»

«Awesome location, so much to see and do just steps outside of the building. I didn't need anything from the host; I saw housekeeping plenty of times during our 5 day stay so I'm sure if we needed anything it would have been quick. Full apartment with in unit clothes washer, full kitchen, great bathroom.»
