«I have stayed at Lebua several times over the past 15 years, and unfortunately this will be my last visit. The hotel has failed to keep up with the standards expected of a true 5-star property. I stayed in a Family Suite, but for the same price you can find many newer and far better hotels in Bangkok. The rooms are clearly showing their age and are long overdue for a complete renovation. It feels like the hotel is still living off its glory days rather than investing in its future. As for the ...

Anmeldelser av populære hoteller i Thailand

Rambuttri Village Inn & Plaza

8/10 Bra

"Service var god"

Katathani Phuket Beach Resort

8/10 Bra

"We had a pleasant stay overall, and the friendly and welcoming staff really made a difference. The rooms were a good size, and the hotel offered a great range of facilities, which definitely helped bring our overall rating up. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating whenever we needed assistance. However, we were quite disappointed with the sound insulation. We could hear quite a lot from outside and from neighbouring areas, which affected our comfort at times. The room layout was also somewhat unusual, as the toilet does not have a separate enclosed door. This means that sounds from the bathroom can be clearly heard from the bedroom, which was not ideal. Despite these drawbacks, the pleasant atmosphere, helpful staff, spacious rooms, and the other available facilities made the stay enjoyable overall."

The Senses Resort & Pool Villas, Phuket

10/10 Utmerket

"Great hotel with professional, helpful and always smiling staff. Good breakfast with a lot of options, including omelette station. The room service is also good with a great menu H24. It’s steep hills within the resort, so they got a buggy service which is fast and efficient H24 straight to your room door."

Paradox Resort Phuket

8/10 Bra

"We stayed at the Premium Garden Villa king plunge pool. Overall our experience was very good and we liked the scenery throughout the hotel area (which contrast that of the vibe in the streets in phuket, which we did not find as appealing). The service from the emplyees was also fantastic! However, although the inside of our room was very nice, the doors to the outisde was not tight (noticable gaps on top of the door) which resulted in two huntsman spiders wandering in during our stay. Also our balcony showed signs of time taking its toll. This might have been particular to the specific room we stayed in, not sure. Regardless, service was great when we pointed this out to the recption."
