«service was excellent. food was bland but edible, we were able to find some nice food at the buffet. Tried the steakhouse and it was over 1.5 hour wait, over 2 including waiting for table. not my favorite decor but I knew that going in. Lots of things to do. The beach and pools were absolutely amazing and in great shape, we had the least seaweed of all of the miles of beach we walked. «A really nice five star hotel. Our butler Daniel was really helpful and checked in on us daily. The food and drinks were good. We ended up eating mostly at the buffet or room service. You had to check daily what restaurant that would be open and men have to wear long pants and long sleeves shirts to eat there. This ia fine but we feelt that at the restaurants everything went a bit to fast. It was kind of in and out in 20 minutes since all the food is pre prepared. So we only eat there twice. The ...

«This is a nice hotel and covers all your needs for a resort stay. Several restaturants and a small shop. Some rooms are close to the pool area and can be a bit noicy as there is loud music but there is also other rooms that is more quiet. Nice and central for the Punta Cana area. »

«It was the cleanliness they cleaned constantly. And pressure washed everything outside everyday. They cleaned beach lounge chairs everyday. They also pressure washed all pool surfaces every nite. The five restaurants that you had to make reservations at were wonderful. The buffet for breakfest, lunch and, dinner had a great selection. «We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! »
