«The hotel itself is very good; however, the music becomes extremely loud from 10 a.m., especially in the pool area. Music is also played in other areas, but it is drowned out by the pool music, turning it all into noise when multiple songs are playing at the same time. There are a lot of families with children, which leads to a lot of shouting and screaming in the restaurants. This makes it unsuitable for those who want to dine in a calm and quiet environment.»

«Beautiful Property! We were very excited to arrive at property! Did not like everything was a sales opportunity! Didn't take I'll let you know later. Called my room every AM 8-10am to tell me they were waiting on us for tour. Asked us for 80$ down for tour. Which turned info 20$ that I was supposed to get back if we didn't come for tour. Asked for that back. They had no idea what i was talking about. Room was very well maintained. To refill on snacks, drinks to turn down service.  ...

«WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy.»

«Bad service, nice location. Beach is nice, main pool is ok. We had 2 rooms, one was nice the other room was extremely moist. Clothes and bedding was wet every morning. We let our contact person know was promised new room but nothing happend. Indian resturant ok starters, blend main dishes. Japanian good resturant good ala carte and we also did the tappanaki and her the service and "show" was really good. Beef/Stake resturant was the best of the resturant we tried. «This was a real oasis! There was such attention to detail - even the garden pathways were meticulously cured daily and lined with beautiful conch shells.
