«Restaurant staff and food quality and choices remain five star incredible. However the pool staff and housecleaning was terrible this trip. The pool staff are all talking to each other and don’t seem to care about serving the guests at all. You have to complain to get a drink and that’s not for me. Housekeeping was a disaster. Our room often didn’t get cleaned at all or we had to wait until 5pm for it to get cleaned. They NEED to fix these two things to bring the hotel to the five star rating ...

«The hotel itself is very good; however, the music becomes extremely loud from 10 a.m., especially in the pool area. Music is also played in other areas, but it is drowned out by the pool music, turning it all into noise when multiple songs are playing at the same time. There are a lot of families with children, which leads to a lot of shouting and screaming in the restaurants. This makes it unsuitable for those who want to dine in a calm and quiet environment.»

«Fantastisk opphold! »

«Hotel is ok, worth the price but not much more. Was ok ish clean and some things in the room wasn’t working»

«More variety food»

«Picina suja e de difícil acesso. Roupas de banho insuficiente, apenas uma toalha pra duas pessoas. Indicado apenas pra quem só precisa de um dormitório quando for à Isla Mujeres.»

«We were very pleased with our stay overall. The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff was very attentive and the service by the pool was the best out of any resort we have been to. The food was very high quality, didn’t feel like an all-inclusive. The drinks were top shelf and used fresh juices. My only critic is there isn’t great communication between concierge and pre booking. They weren’t able to see what resturants I had booked or when my airport ...

«Helt absolutt topp 5 stjerner natt spesielt helt utrolig »

«WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy.»

«I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.»

«Fantastisk hotell med et stort utvalg restauranter, barer, strand og flere basseng.»

«As expected.»
