Overall, our stay was comfortable, and most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the check-in attendant was quite grumpy, which was not the best first impression.
The room itself was very clean, which we appreciated. However, the walls are extremely thin — we could hear everything, and a guest in the next room even banged on the wall when we had the TV on.
We also had trouble controlling the room temperature, which made it difficult to stay comfortable. The double room was extremely small and quite tight. Luckily, we are not large people, but it would be a real challenge for anyone needing more space.
Overall, a decent stay with good cleanliness and helpful staff, but the noise, room size, and temperature control could definitely be improved.
