Hello I wanted to make sure I left a review on my recent stay

Check in was actually nice The front desk representative and the bellman were both very kind and welcoming That was honestly the only good part
Once we got upstairs and opened the door we were in shock The room was extremely small I did not understand how me and my husband were supposed to stay there comfortably for four days I immediately called downstairs to ask for another room or even an upgrade and I was willing to pay I was told they were sold out and there was nothing that could be done
Later my husband went downstairs and was told about a sister hotel with a gym He went the next day and found out they had bigger rooms I asked if we could move over there and was told yes but I would need to speak to a supervisor
The next day I spoke to the supervisor and it was a complete disappointment I said good morning and she did not greet me back she just said how can I help you As I started explaining how uncomfortable we were she cut me off and said there is nothing we can do No apology no understanding no effort The call lasted maybe 30 seconds and it felt like she did not even try
The room did not even have a real window it was just bricks which made it even worse When I mentioned that she again said there is nothing we can do
I was so frustrated I ended up crying to my husband asking if we could just leave and go somewhere else He told me we w
