While the staff was excellent and the location was perfect, the accommodations were highly unsatisfactory. The window in the room blew open in the middle of the night, causing the temperature to plummet to 50 degrees despite freezing weather outside. The bedspread was far too small and did not provide adequate warmth, making it difficult to stay comfortable. The room itself was cramped and clearly not suitable for four people. Upon arrival, there were only three towels provided for four guests. The bathroom had several issues: the floor became soaked after every shower due to the lack of a bath mat, and there was no lock on the bathroom door. Additionally, there was no storage space available for suitcases or clothing, making it very inconvenient for guests. Overall, these shortcomings made the stay disappointing despite the positive aspects.
