There is nothing luxurious about this place. From the day my fiancé and I walked in was HELL! First off there is no free parking. The garage that is at the back is a different company $25 a day. It gets better, once we get to the room the code they emailed me did not work we had to wait a whole hour to get a code that would work. Upon walking into the room the first red flag the window exposed no blind at all it’s also very cold. Bathroom toilet seat was broken. Shower had mold all along the crevices. Oh yea you have to shower in a small corner to keep the water from getting all over the floor. Also there was a mysterious yellow substance on the wall of the shower so enjoy trying to avoid that. Walls have so many chips in the wall you would’ve thought someone was chipping it for fun. Also discovered there was mold growing under the windows next to the heater. Wait I have to get to the good part after all these complaints to customer service which was also horrible, they offered to put me in a different room only thing was that room was worse than the first one. We had no choice but to stay in the old room. Also please beware if you have a car and you want to park on the street the area is bad in which I had no idea. Unfortunately my car was broken into and some personal things were taken. Very happy nothing happened to me or my fiancé. Just pay for parking. Also good luck with customer service they either won’t answer the phone or will talk to you like your crazy
