- Every guest listed on the reservation must send the host a photo of their ID before the check-in date. The host must submit the guest IDs to the front desk by email so that arrival and building access can be approved.

- At check-in, the front desk will confirm each guest's identification and issue a key FOB. The FOB provides entry to the building, condo, and shared amenities. Guests will also receive a complimentary parking card for the garage located across the street.

When checking out, guests must visit the front desk and return the key FOB.

- Lost key FOBs are subject to a $50 replacement fee.

- Lost parking cards are subject to a $100 replacement fee.
