The room was very clean and updated. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Just beware that with no front desk staff present on the property, it turns the place into a free for all for guest bad behavior. We stayed for 4 nights and ALL FOUR NIGHTS we were woken up anywhere from 2am-5am with other guests either screaming, fighting or having parties around the hotel. It definitely attracts the party crowd with no onsite supervision. We also called the contact phone number several times with some basic questions throughout the stay and it was very clear that the staff on the other end of the line do not like being bothered. They were always rude and rushed us off the phone for simple questions. Example: We called because we couldn’t find an Amazon package that had been delivered to the hotel. The employee on the phone basically said too bad so sad.. a couple hours went by and we found a maintenance man on the property who had locked up the package for us. A simple offer to help investigate by the employee who answers the phones would’ve been nice and would have saved us a lot of time thinking our package was stolen..
