«We didn’t even show up because of all the violence going down in the area. Have tried to reach out to delta, Expedia and the hotel with zero success about a refund. After 6 calls to delta, 3 to Expedia and two to the hotel I’m about to give up!!!!»

«This is a lovely hotel and the staff go above and beyond to make it so. Elisabeth, Oscar, and Raul were particularly outstanding in their attentiveness and kindness, but everyone we encountered was great. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was spacious and comfortable and luxurious. «The property is well maintained, and there is everything you need for comfort and relaxation but service lacks to some extent as they do the strictly minimum. Some of the valets are passive agressive and sometimes pool attendants ‘don’t see you’ for the longest time. The place is quiet from 10pm to 8am for those who want to recharge during their vacation.
