We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Grand Palladium Resort in Puerto Vallarta and would happily give it 5 stars! The entire property is beautiful and very well maintained—everything felt clean, fresh, and inviting from the moment we arrived.
One of the highlights for us was the beach. It’s large, spacious, and perfect for activities or just relaxing without feeling crowded. We also really appreciated how easy it was to find chairs both at the beach and around the pool—no stress or early-morning rush needed.
The staff truly made our experience special. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their positive attitude really added to the overall atmosphere of the resort.
The food was consistently good, with something for everyone. The fresh omelet station at breakfast is an absolute must-try! We also loved the snack bar by the main pool—great tacos and burgers that hit the spot during the day. Bamboo, the Japanese restaurant was amazing!
In the evenings, the entertainment was a pleasant surprise. The shows were fun and engaging, and even the kids’ shows were enjoyable for all ages. Add in the great drinks from the bar, and it made for perfect nights.
Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations in so many ways. We had such a memorable time and will definitely be back!
