«Beautiful big pools with great activities staff. Entertainment was fun, great food, especially the taco bar on the beach, French restaurant in the train car and the Mexican and Japanese restaurants. Main buffet was varied and excellent as well. Bar service on the beach, Beautiful marble in the main building. «AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good. The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!»

I have stayed at higher “starred” resorts which came nowhere near this property in terms of overall experience… the property is extremely clean, resort staff are fun & welcoming, and food is good. «Pool was nice. Ocean View Rooms were not nice and not worthy of price. My Expedia reservation did not include breakfast and I was not aware of this! I was forced to pay $30. Per day for coffee and pastry ! A rip off»

«The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).»

«Beautiful property nestled in the jungle with calm and zen vibes. The place is constantly being kept up so it is immaculate. Staff is wonderful and friendly.
