The Space:
Welcome to this stylish 50 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Gresse Street in the heart of Fitzrovia. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private balcony — smoking is not allowed on the balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has central gas heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment and the balcony are non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

Fitzrovia and its neighbour Soho form one of the most exciting creative hubs in central London. Fitzrovia is known for its independent restaurants, creative agencies, and lively Charlotte Street dining scene. Soho, immediately to the south, is London’s entertainment heart, packed with theatres, bars, restaurants, and an eclectic mix of people at all hours. Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Goodge Street underground stations are all within minutes, giving superb connections across the city.

Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

We had the best trip to Smith Lake! This property is adjacent to Trident Marina which offers excellent dining, boat rental, entertainment (music/bands), and Sunday Church! Just a 45 minute drive into Birmingham for those who love to shop. Cullman is just 15-20 minutes away, and there is also dining, shopping options as well. Cullman has a great family friendly historic downtown area. This property has dock that is a very short walk, no steps, and covered boat slips… very very convenient as we rented a pontoon from Trident Marina. Can’t say enough good things about this property. Hosts was a true hosts, eager to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay.
The location can't be beat. We were within a few blocks of the flat from the moment we left the tube. If you are coming from Heathrow it is on train to Tottenham Station. The key pickup was very easy and convenient to located just across from the tube. The flat is just off the busy streets so you benefit from the location but don't have to deal with the noise. Everything you need for your stay is in the unit and if you are needing somethings for the fridge , there is a rather large grocery just around the corner. You are very close to the West End, major shopping and a lot of the tourist must dos. Thank you very much for the videos, greatly appreciated and made the stay even more wonderful. We would happily return here.
We had a grand time! The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, which made it a cozy and pleasant place to crash. The compact kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to whip up meals without any hassle. The bed was very comfortable, with a high-quality mattress. The bathroom was top-notch – clean, functional, and equipped with a great shower that had consistent water pressure and temperature. The check-in instructions were clear, making the arrival process a breeze. The host was a gem, always ready to lend a hand with any questions or needs. Additionally, the location in Fitzrovia was mighty. It's a lively area with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants, and it's well-connected to public transport, making it easy to explore the rest of London.

The apartment was nothing like the images on Expedia. Those pictures are from ten years ago or fake.
The unit was tired and dirty (splash stains on bedroom walls and broken towel rack in bathroom).
TV was inoperable. Remote control did not work and after contacting the apartment managers I was informed (12 hours later) that there was no TV.
Bed is a terrible, lumpy and soft.
For this much money the basics should be covered.
I won't not recommend anyone stay at this apartment.

Pro: Location. Immediate street boasts lovely vegan coffee shop, wonderful pubs. Instructions clear. Keys located at London Food & Wine (lovely employees, we used Bounce app to store bags there pre-checkin) conveniently near Tottenham Ct Rd station.Bedroom has large closet, plenty of hangers/storage. Extra towels, but some of them smelled mildewy as though put away wet. Washing machine; bring your own detergent.Cons: Pictures for the listing are cleverly lit, staged, touched-up. Flat lacks lighting, decor, cleanliness. Overall feel is dingy, rusty, stained. Nothing actually felt clean. Much more akin to a 2-star motel, overinflated price tag. It is unclear why there was even a security deposit.Told apt cleaned right before arrival (met a cleaner who arrived 30min before checkout), but many things uncleaned on arrival: drawer handles sticky, coffee machine sticky w/old coffee, very strong fish odor from fridge that was difficult to remove for the entirety of our stay. Baseboards very scuffed up, some items slightly broken like trash bin, rust/mold on tiles/grout, scuff marks all over walls. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable: lumpy with a big dip in the center that my husband and I felt stuck in every night.Some linens provided smelled mildewy.TV clearly is not set up nor does it work. Thankfully, didn’t spend much time here.Other: Currently, quite a lot of loud construction early mornings/weekends. Overwhelming sewage gas smell, not unlike a lot of London flats.
